This Licensing Policy governs the use of photos available on BP Holiday Gallery. By downloading or purchasing any photo, you agree to these terms.
1. Photo Versions
Free Version (Watermarked)
- Available for evaluation and non-commercial purposes.
- Restrictions:
- The watermark must remain intact and unaltered.
- Cannot be used commercially, resold, or redistributed.
Paid Version (Non-Watermarked)
- High-resolution photos free of watermarks.
- Comes with either a Personal Use License or a Commercial Use License, based on your selection.
2. License Types
a. Personal Use License
- Permitted Uses:
- Printing for personal display (e.g., at home or as gifts).
- Sharing on personal social media without edits or modifications.
- Restrictions:
- Cannot be used for business or profit-making purposes.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution is prohibited.
b. Commercial Use License
- Permitted Uses:
- Marketing campaigns, websites, and business-related materials.
- Products for sale (e.g., calendars, photobooks).
- Restrictions:
- Photos cannot be resold or redistributed as standalone products.
- Sublicensing or granting usage rights to others is not allowed.
3. Intellectual Property
- All photos remain the property of BP Holiday.
- Licenses grant usage rights but do not transfer ownership.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Altering or removing watermarks from free photos.
- Using any photo in defamatory, illegal, or harmful contexts.
- Creating non-fungible tokens (NFTs) from the photos.
- Implying partnership or endorsement by BP Holiday without explicit permission.
5. License Duration
- Licenses are perpetual unless revoked for violations.
